Spindle Privacy Policy

Music and data on your device
Spindle copies audio files you select, including available metadata and artwork, into the app's storage for local playback. The app does not upload those audio files to a developer-operated server. Collections, playlists, favorites, listening history, playback state, and preferences are stored on your device. Spindle does not provide its own cross-device collection synchronization.
Apple services
When you authorize Apple Music access, Spindle uses MusicKit to search, retrieve music information and artwork, and play music. Search queries and service requests are sent to Apple. If you choose to import album information from your Apple Music library, Spindle copies catalog-linked metadata into its own collection, not audio files. Apple handles App Store payments; the developer does not receive your card number. Apple's services are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Analytics and support
Spindle does not include advertising or third-party behavioral tracking or analytics SDKs. Diagnostic information may be recorded locally. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, and use it to respond and resolve your request. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by email.
Your choices
You can change music access permissions in iOS Settings, remove imported files and collection entries in Spindle, or delete the app to remove its local data. Device backups may retain data according to your Apple backup settings. Switching modes does not cancel your Apple Music subscription.
This website and contact
Opening these support pages may generate standard web access logs, such as IP address and requested page, on our AWS hosting and content delivery infrastructure. These pages do not require a login. See the website privacy policy for website processing. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email james@jamesnet.dev. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date.

Spindle은 사용자가 선택한 음악 파일·메타데이터·커버를 앱 저장 공간에 복사하여 재생합니다. 해당 음원을 개발자 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 컬렉션·플레이리스트·즐겨찾기·재생 기록·재생 상태·설정은 기기에 저장하며 자체 기기 간 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.
Apple 서비스
음악 접근을 허용하면 MusicKit으로 검색·음악 정보 및 커버 조회·재생을 처리합니다. 검색어와 서비스 요청은 Apple에 전달됩니다. 선택적으로 Apple 보관함에서 앨범 정보를 가져올 경우 카탈로그 연결 메타데이터만 복사하며 음원은 복사하지 않습니다. 결제는 App Store가 처리하며 개발자는 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. Apple의 개인정보처리방침이 별도로 적용됩니다.
진단 및 문의
앱에는 광고 및 제3자 행동 추적·분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 진단 정보는 기기에 기록될 수 있습니다. 이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소와 직접 제공한 정보를 문제 해결에 사용하며, 문의 처리와 관련 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
권한과 삭제
iOS 설정에서 음악 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 가져온 파일·컬렉션을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하여 로컬 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다. 기기 백업은 Apple 백업 설정에 따릅니다. 모드 전환은 Apple Music 구독 취소가 아닙니다.
웹페이지 및 연락처
이 페이지는 로그인 없이 열립니다. 접속 시 AWS 호스팅·CDN에 IP 주소 등 일반적인 웹 접속 기록이 남을 수 있으며 홈페이지 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자: 이재웅. 열람·정정·삭제 및 개인정보 문의: james@jamesnet.dev. 방침 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
