jamesnet studio는 고객 인증, 영상 검토, 원본 전달과 보안을 위해 이름 또는 이메일, 로그인 제공자 식별자, IP·접속 기록, 역할·권한, 다운로드 기록을 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다. 정보는 해외 AWS 및 CloudFront 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 복원할 수 없는 해시로 저장하며 Google 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다.
정보는 계정 운영 및 계약 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하고, 목적 달성·계정 삭제 요청 시 법적 또는 보안상 필요한 기록을 제외하고 삭제하거나 익명화합니다. 이용자는 자신의 정보 열람·정정·삭제·계정 해지를 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 정보는 서비스 운영업체(AWS, Google 인증)를 제외하고 동의 없이 다른 목적으로 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

jamesnet studio 为账户认证、视频审阅、原文件交付及安全目的，最小限度处理姓名或邮箱、登录服务标识、IP及登录记录、角色权限和下载记录。相关信息可能在境外 AWS 及 CloudFront 基础设施中处理和保存。密码仅以不可逆哈希形式保存，我们不会收集 Google 密码。

jamesnet studio processes only the information needed for account authentication, video review, original-file delivery, and security: name or email, identity-provider identifier, IP and access logs, roles, permissions, and download records. Data may be processed and stored on overseas AWS and CloudFront infrastructure. Passwords are stored only as non-reversible hashes; Google passwords are never collected.
Data is retained only as necessary to operate the account and perform the service, then deleted or anonymized except where legal or security records must be retained. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or account closure may be sent to james@jamesnet.dev.
